Book
You can easily book through our booking module. After receiving your registration, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to transfer the deposit/total amount.
The remaining amount is payable two months before the activity. The number of places is limited. If we do not receive the deposit or registration fee within a week, we will consider the booking to be cancelled, so that places are not unnecessarily taken up by people who do not show up.
Clothing
Appropriate clothing must be worn during workshops. Especially during the ceramics workshops, and certainly when throwing, it is necessary to wear an apron, sleeves that can be rolled up, hair tied back, and short nails. Garden shoes are useful and easy to wash (recommended for throwing lessons).
It is recommended that you label your children's clothing/equipment with their name.
For other activities, this will be mentioned in the description on this website if necessary.
Participants with disabilities
We try to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities as much as possible. However, it is very important that you contact us in advance so that we can discuss what is feasible and propose possible solutions.
Meals and allergies/intolerances
Our meals are vegetarian and organic as far as possible. We cannot take individual preferences into account. Intolerances/allergies must be indicated on the registration form, if they are substantiated.
Use of materials at the ceramics camps/4-day courses
A maximum of 15 kilos of clay per ceramics week, including biscuit baking. The glaze tray is not included in the price and depends on the number of pieces and their weight.
Cancellation and insurance
In case of cancellation of an activity, a refund will only be given if another person registers in your place.
An administrative fee will be charged for this.
To avoid this, you can take out insurance with an insurance company yourself.
Urgent medical assistance
This applies in particular to children's camps: you agree that if urgent medical intervention is required during the camp, this will be provided by an emergency doctor on duty. The supervisors will, of course, always contact the parents.
