De Luysmolen is a four-star holiday home for 8 to 10 people, located in the beautiful nature reserve of St.-Maartensheide - De Luysen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, space, nature and comfort, far away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by greenery.

The house is spacious, bright and stylishly furnished, with respect for its original character. You will find, among other things:
- 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 small double bed and a cot, and 1 room with 2 single beds)
- Extra sofa bed for a 10th person on the mezzanine
- A high chair is available
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, French press, kettle and view of the garden and the nature reserve behind
- Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, 2 sinks and hairdryer
- Separate shower and toilet downstairs
- Washing machine, ironing board and iron
- Wood-burning stove for extra cosiness alongside the central heating
- Spacious garden with garden furniture, fire pit, barbecue and play area for children
Conveniently located
Right across from the house is the cosy coffee house De Luysmolen. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or a well-deserved break with cake or a local beer. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (winter)/6 p.m. (summer). Breakfast on the weekend? Don't forget to book by calling 00 32 89 25 87 40.

Smoking and parties are not allowed. The property is leased from the Agency for Nature and Forests. Activities that disturb wildlife are not permitted and will be strictly enforced.
Cancellations are only possible in cases of force majeure (death, serious illness, lockdown) or if we are able to re-let the property to someone else for the same period. Payment is due upon booking.
